We are having installation failures when deploying Sametime 8.0 via SMS 2003. I have been able to duplicate these failures by running the install manually using an administrative account other than the logged-on user (run as). When running the installation as the logged on user that has admin rights we have no issues. Because we have a managed environment that does not allow users to install software themselves this poses problems. The following log entries were generated by setup.exe (using /lime) on a workstation that received Sametime 8.0 via SMS. Note the first WARNING line stating C:\WINXP\TEMP\rcpInstallerTemp.properties was not found. From then on numerous custom action errors occur. Any help in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.
